I know this is a long shot, but you wouldn't happen to have a set of body armor I could borrow? Looking to go ashore but I'd prefer to have more protection than the thermals offer.

Hey. I was actually just about to text you.

I've got my armor, and I'm happy for you to use it [more like she assumes that since Shepard's asking, Shepard would say yes if she was asked, so now she has to aaaaargh not happy at all], but I need to ask you a favor too.

Long story short, I have cellular damage from a monster attack several months ago. The symptoms haven't hit yet but it's only a matter of time before I start to deteriorate.

The Indogene doctor, Meh Yewll, says she can fix it with a cell sample from someone with the same DNA as me but undamaged cells. I thought I was screwed, and then you showed up.

Could you please give her some hair clippings, or go in for a cheek swab? It would help a lot.

Please don't tell Tali or Nihlus about this. I didn't want them to worry.

Yikes. Sorry to hear that, but then I'm glad I arrived when I did. I guess we're bound to run in to dangers like that in a completely unknown universe. All the more reason for armor. Are you free right now?

I'll drop by and let Doctor Yewll get what she needs when I get back from the station. I got in contact with her myself about the mystery medical records, and promised I'd drop her off a copy of mine if they showed up. I'm admittedly a little curious about them myself.
