["You turned down the chance" is interesting new information she wasn't looking for: So this Shepard offered her clone a life with her too, and her counterpart had similarly turned it down.

[She tucks this knowledge away, but takes a moment longer to absorb the news about her mentor. It is closure, of a sort. Somewhat unsatisfying, though she doesn't know what exactly she wanted to hear. But at least it's an answer to what she's been wondering all this time.]
